Happy (early) Halloween

Today we had our annual "Trunk-or-Treat" at church, so the kids got to assemble their costumes early. Unfortunately, with Frankenstorm rolling in, this might be the only chance they get this year. We'll see--hopefully by Wednesday things will have calmed down enough for trick-or-treating. But if not, today provided a pretty memorable Halloween for 2012.

Eden, as always, had her costume picked out a year in advance. Behold, MEDUSA!!!

And with Fox's new obsession with all things Star Wars, it's no wonder
he wanted to be Anakin Skywalker.

After the church party, we went to the Air and Space annex for their Halloween party. Fox already loves this museum and begs to go almost weekly. But tonight took it to a whole new level. Check out the great picks of him with Vadar and company! Not to mention that Discovery is now there, and he found a great model zeppelin. I think R2D2 was everyone's favorite, though. Well, except for Eden; she seemed to be most taken by the arachnid display that the Natural History Museum contributed. Just see the look on her face. That's not feigned

Have a Happy Halloween everybody!
