Fire and Ice

When your three year old son is obsessed with the Hindenburg disaster, you don't pass up an opportunity to see a display about it- even if's it's at the National Postal Museum and it's mostly pictures and newspaper articles...oh, and that really morbid video of it burning to the ground with people on fire dropping out of it and dead people lying on the ground- that you've purposely avoiding showing to him but which he can't peel his eyes off of when it's on a big screen. Ah well....
They also had lots of stuff up about the Titanic disaster, which he also thinks is pretty cool. Did I tell you I had to read him the entire National Geographic article that came out a couple of months ago about the Titanic?  Overall though the National Postal Museum turned out to be a neat little place (emphasis on "little" here) and Fox enjoyed seeing huge images of the Hindenburg blowing up. Yeah, he's into oil spills too.
