Before we left for Louisiana we made a trip out to see the temple lights. It was really beautiful, as you can see. It was also freezing cold so we didn't stay long.
We also made it out to the National Botanical Garden for their train exhibit. They only do it in December and I am so glad we got to enjoy it. It was incredible. They use several rooms to put this track together using only organic materials. There were replicas of the wonders of the world plus some familiar D.C. sites. The kids loved it- so did the grown-ups.
