One day, we put Eden down for her nap at Grandma Burton's. She was being really fussy so we were a little surprised that she stopped crying almost immeadiately after we left the room. A couple of hours later she woke up and greeted us covered in chocolate. She had found a bag of Christmas candy in our room and munched away until she fell asleep. I don't think she liked it too much though. This wrapper stuck to her dress was a peppermint patty. She said it was "spicy."
Eden and Erin had a great time playing together. They only fought as much as you would expect any two 2 yr olds to when they have to share their brand new toys. They both love their Tinkerbell jammies that grandma and grandpa got them.

Stormy was such a big helper while we were at Grandma's. She loved holding Fox and she always organized playtime for the other kiddos. It made things go along a little more smoothly.
As you can see, Eden and Eli were a little competitive with grandma and grandpa's time. It was a little confusing to hear two Dr. Suess books going at the same time but they didn't seem to mind.
The kids all loved going on the trails behind Granpa Burton's house. Stormy was the leader and Eden wouldn't go anywhere unless Stormy was taking her.

Fox loved pulling at Grandpa Burton's beard.

We really had a wonderful time just being with family and enjoying everyone. We frequently forgot our camera so I feel like we don't have many pics at your house, Mom. If you have more, send them to me.
We really had a wonderful time just being with family and enjoying everyone. We frequently forgot our camera so I feel like we don't have many pics at your house, Mom. If you have more, send them to me. Since we've been home things have been a little crazy -hence the Christmas blog in February. We got a foot of snow and the kids have been constantly sick. I guess that's what winter time is all about when you have little ones. Andrew is swimming hard to get ready for a competition next Saturday. I'll be posting pics of it so if you ever wanted to see Andrew in a speedo, now is your chance=). We also just met with a realtor and hope to put the house on the market in a week or so. Andrew starts his new job June 8th so we're really hoping that we sell by then. I think that's all the news with us. We'll be better about keeping you posted in the future.
