Baptism Day

Eden was baptized today. It's so hard to believe that she is eight years old. Usually, when the kids turn a year older the changes I see in them are very gradual. This time, I feel like I see the transformation taking place right in front of my eyes. Our little girl is growing up and all of the sudden too it seems. She looked so beautiful today. I wish I would have taken some pictures worthy of it but the lighting was all off and I was rushed for time. I won't soon forget the look of excitement on her face as Andrew said the baptismal prayer. Another little girl was baptized today too. The branch was very excited and supportive of the girls and very generous with their well wishes. I think Eden felt very loved. The Primary gave her a diary to write down her testimony and thoughts about the day. She got started on it right away and I am dying to take a peek at it. We wish that you could have all been here with us to celebrate with Eden. Hopefully the pictures will be some small consolation. We love you.
